Valencia’s most spectacular Las Fallas Fiesta occurs every year from March 15th to the 19th. Dedicated to the patron saint of carpenters, San José (Saint Joseph), the festival attracts and international crowd and includes colorful hand-made floats, brass bands and spectacular fireworks.
