When to Go
The sun seems to shine every day on this golden city by the sea. Acapulco's busiest season runs from November through May, coinciding with the dry season and when average daytime temperatures hover around the mid-80s F.
The rainy season lasts from June through October and is also popular with travelers. Although temperatures climb a little higher at this time, any rains tend to be brief, leaving lots of time for fun in the sun.
There are also plenty of special events occurring throughout the year in this festive city, such as Three Kings Day in January and Carnaval in mid-February.
